The objective of this project was to determine the annual rate at which trees and shrubs in shelterbelts fix carbon so that their value as a carbon sink could be known.
The purpose of this document was to provide the Agriculture and Agri-Food Climate Change Issue Table with background information on climate change issues and agriculture. The document reflects available knowledge and literature at the time of writing.
The assessment presented in this journal deals with the environmental effects of ozone depletion with attention to the consequences between ozone depletion and climate change.
